My professional background would consist of three years of working as a Special Education Paraprofessional at a setting IV school called Bridges in the Mounds View School District. I also graduated from St. Cloud State University in 2011 with my bachelors of science degree, with my major area of study being Special Education Teacher, EBD. I also completed six months of student teaching in a setting III program called Wings and a mainstream school all in the Mounds View School District.
Worked with over 40 special education students, grades K-7th, for 8-9 years. Helped transition multiple number of students into a setting III program or back to their mainstream schools.

My responsibilities of this job are to implement all aspects of student's IEP, be able to teach curriculum and modify it according to the students academic level, maintain daily documentation on the students behavior, communicate with team members daily, help student's reach independent, emotional, behavioral needs along with coping skills, and respond to behavior situations appropriately according to the certain students needs.
