Accomplishments
  • System Implementation -- Payroll and HRIS

              Implemented new Time & Attendance payroll system.  This created an                    abstract view of all employees at each of the locations throughout North                    America.  Streamlined that attendance and bonus policy for points and                    infractions. 

              Implemented new HRIS system.  This allowed payroll and HR information               from two different systems to be combined to one SAAS solution.
