Assisted in the design of a new company program called the Integris Physician Referral Services, in which we obtained radiology referrals from Integris Physicians. The Referral Service was responsible for obtaining insurance authorizations, obtaining the patients insurance benefits, scheduling patients at the desired facility, and obtaining demographic information needed for the patients visit. In addition, we informed the patient of their financial liability for the services and offered forms of payment to meet their needs.

The Referral Service worked with 45 Physicians, and 8 Family Care clinics.
