Completed Alternate Route training for Standard Certification Elementary Education Kindergarten through 8th Grade
General studies in English Writing with emphasis on Creative Writing, Journalism and Children's Book Writing. Also took classes in education and psychology. Volunteered with a professor to learn how to grade papers according to his rubrics and enter grades into the electronic grading system. Received a scholarship through the Secaucus Police Benevolent Association as well as a scholarship though Hackensack University Medical Center.
