At my current position I engage with up to fifty patients per day. In addition to scheduling appointments and billing, I spend a substantial of my day listening to our patients and letting them know they are heard and that they matter. Every day I hear stories of physical pain and frustration whether it is workman's compensation, insurance, other doctors, lawyers or their treatment. My objective is to let our patients know that our office genuinely cares about their well being and that I am there to help them any way that I can.

I am very familiar with the HIPPA laws as I document patient information on a daily basis and often communicate with other professional offices regarding a patient's medical and billing information.
