I Perform various clerical and repetitive manual functions to support customer service adjudication departments. I also Perform various processing functions, utilizing the office equipment and machinery in the preparation, processing, and mailing of passports and passport related documents. I utilize the current TDIS-PD and PRISM computer operating operating system to include creation of document batches, document imaging (scanning) and reviewing, retrieval of individual application information, data entry, book printing, the generation of mailing labels and sorting and affixing postage to sealed envelopes. Also performs quality checks for standard fee information on individual applications.
I answered an average of 30 calls per day by addressing customer inquiries, solving problems and providing new product information. I also described product to customers and accurately explained details and care of merchandise.
