Summary

I am originally from Tennessee and relocated to Florida with the company I was working with at the time. I currently work remote at Crosscountry mortgage as a loan officer Assistant and generally work 30-35 hours a week. My background is diverse with experience ranging from managing 6 Million dollar stores to working as a beauty advisor. After Covid-19 my store at Kate Spade shut down as the company was closing select stores company wide and my store managed to be one that was located in between two Kate spade outlet locations as well as two high volume Kate Spades located within 20-30 minutes of each other. After Kate Spade I changed careers and started working in the mortgage industry which I love! I was delighted to receive an invitation from the Store manger at the Boca Raton location to come work there during this last holiday season. I currently work at Sephora as a Part-Time beauty advisor on the weekends and help occasionally with stock during the morning hours from 5am-8am when we receive large shipments. I thoroughly enjoy working for Sephora and would love to expand my job role with working as a Home Chat Beauty advisor. I am looking to work in the evenings for 12 hours a week or more if needed. I am able to balance my work and schedule successfully because I’m a planner. My calendar keeps me on track to meet deadlines, my work shifts and my work life balance. When I’m not working I like to enjoy time at the beach or hiking on one of the many nature trails with my fiancé!

I was asked to train all new hires on how to share the features and benefits of having the Sephora Credit Card and how to over Come objections. I gladly excepted and was able to train the new hires that joined our team for the 2022 holiday season! My store has increased there credit card sign ups and continues to improve!

City, STATE, 05/2021 - 04/2022
  • Client & Service Expert- I helped create events for my store, hosted events for holiday 2021 and led the salon training in my store. I approached the new Salon layout with a positive attitude and challenged myself to understand how these new tools worked so that I could better support my team. On a daily, weekly and monthly basis I have helped my team build their individual black book as well as the store black book.

  • Ensured brand and operating standards were met to support brand consistency through utilizing the visual binder, visual directives, opening and closing checklist and feedback from store visits/ walk throughs with our regional visual manager. While working for Kate Spade I have learned to be a more inclusive leader. I have always tried to be a great leader who led by example and was fair across the board, however joining a company that highlights inequality, openly talks about inclusion and diversity so that we can all understand how we can improve in the workplace has now become my most valuable leadership trait. During my 10 months with Kate Spade I led the volunteerism at my store. I was successful in rallying my team together to spread positivity to sick children at St. Jude, to date we have sent +1,000 cards. I also coordinated a canned food drive for our local community as well as a care package campaign where we filled 2 min 5 gift baskets for a women’s shelter in our area during the holiday season
