Now the students are admitted into other universities either as Faculty or students, for instance, in South Africa and the United Kingdom and Malawi. Previously, Solusi University students were either not admitted into regional and international universities or required to do some bridging courses. We have some of the students I taught as faculty members in the UNIMA and MZUNI.

I also brought the idea that year 1 students should be taught computer skills
I initiated that KCN establishes an Academic Resource Center to provide academic technical assistance to students in writing. Initially it was supposed to be housed in Basic Studies Department, but management thought that funding would be a challenge. In view of this, it has been included in the proposal for the KCN PhD program. This was agreed at the planning and budgeting meeting at Wamkulu Palace early this year, 2013.
