Started as Assistant Manager in St. Paul, Minnesota working alongside a Senior Parking Manager to provide parking for the Xcel Energy Center. Duties included overseeing daily operations for 2 ramps, interviewing, hiring, scheduling, handling revenue observing audit and loss prevention protocols, working with outside vendors to fix parking equipment, snow removal, and lot clean-up.
Moved to the Minneapolis office when Impark was acquiring a new account and oversaw the entire process of creating a new 900+ parker database, adding monthly parkers, installing old equipment and computer system. Handle all operations including budgeting and AOP, client retention, customer complaints and issues, working vendors for snow removal, striping, lot clean-up, repair and maintenance. Assumed role of Event Coordinator for branch managing the various lots around the new US Bank Stadium which includes screening, hiring, interviews, orientation, and scheduling for the 11 locations around the stadium. Works with other managers to maximize the branch revenue for the events and insure that each location is staffed and offers the best customer service for our parkers.
