I worked many jobs through high school, including a job as a professional car detailer, dishwasher at night for an Italian restaurant while serving as a maintenance person for the City of Webster Groves, MO during the day. I worked at night during school session as well as summer months throughout high school. My primary interest is business sales and real estate and construction. I first became interested in real estate while interning at a commercial brokerage during the summer months of my junior and senior years in high school. In my collegiate years I have been very actively involved in my fraternity, serving as the house manager and cook. I prepare and serve the weekly dinner at the fraternity lodge for 45 plus diners and have cooked for well over 150 students for inter fraternity gatherings and campus events. My roots are in business and real estate, my hobby is food and its preparation, and my goal is experience in entrepreneurial businesses where I can meet people, expand my network and be positioned for work opportunities after college.

Organized filing systems for three brokers working as a team that leased and sold commercial spaces in Downtown St. Louis. I sourced building for sale/lease opportunities for members of the team through company data bases and industry websites, including LoopNet, Co-Star and CIE. Accompanied brokers on showings with clients, attended sales meetings, opened buildings for contractors, and secured buildings upon completion of showings and construction work performed by contractors.
I shadowed commercial real estate brokers who worked on large multi-family projects, office buildings and strip retail shopping centers. I opened buildings for contractors, stayed with the workers during the process of their work, and had the responsibility of making sure the properties were clean and secure when the contractors left.
I am entering my junior year at Colorado State University in Fall Quarter 2015 and a graduate of the Key Program emphasizing social interaction, diversity and a disciplined approach to studies. As a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity, I have served as House Manager, Fraternity Cook and in the Brotherhood Chair. I consider the Brotherhood Chair as the most significant aspect of my responsibilities at the fraternity. The position as mentor and teacher has allowed me the ability to bring change to a much maligned system by directing the fraternity's goals to service. I attended the Regional Leadership Conference held by the National SAE Organization in the winter of 2014 and carry a 2.5 GPA.

Leadership roles within my fraternity have allowed me to understand the value of preparation to anything performed in life.
Attending the Regional Leadership Conferences held by the National SAE organization gave me the opportunity to view young people in organization and business roles that charged me with the desire to work harder to be a success in life.
I believe connecting with people and active promotion of service to clients is my true strength. Continued development of that aspect of my personality and hard work will generate opportunity.
