I started as a packer and within my ninety day training, I began to train all the new people on my shift. Within a year I was on a set shift, training all new employees that came into the plant. I would help move the employees to lines that they were better suited for, line scheduling, help to start the safety program at the Mineral Wells Plant. I update the safety program, data entry, filing, keep an inventory of all locks and stampers, issue lockers to all new employees, I release all the work orders for the plant.

I took the guy for a test drive and 15 minutes later he walked out the door in his new car. I opened the store every morning and took over the management position a year later. I did the advertising for the lot and moved inventory so that what was there seemed like it had just arrived, I introduced bring a friend get a bonus to the lot which increased profits because it was a military town.
