Each Construction Manager was responsible for their own communities, back end front end and including all customer service. Built strong relation ships with the trade partners and inspectors which was benifical in keeping 100% on time completion rate.
As a General Contractor over the past few years, my main focus was working with investors to buy and remodel homes. I was involved in the the entire process from the bidding process to the closing process. I acted as the Company Construction Manager as well as the General Contractor. I was sent to get budgets on homes ,then do the remodel from start to finish,and finally any closing items. I did approximately 80 homes over a 1 1/2 year period.
