Summary

A position which challenges my skilled hands and well-honed intellect. To work with all varieties of equipment and situations in which to find success. To create lasting relationships and foment trust between the brand and customers. SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS I've spent the last 4 years buying, towing, repairing, and selling cars. Understanding value and desirable investment has kept my inventory constantly following and had provided reliable income. After two years of technical school based in automotive repair, at CSN of Las Vegas in the GM-ASEP program, I have been certified and immersed in internal combustion systems ranging from gas (2 and 4 stroke) to diesel and rotary. As well as a full understanding and certification in electrical systems including electron theory, chemical and physical changes, and metallurgical attributes. I have spent many months on different construction projects: from barn restoration, to completely new timber and stick frame construction. For 3 years I managed an organic vegetable farm, which forced many new and varied technical challenges including electric motor repairs (washing machines, cash-registers, ventilation, etc.), tractor repairs (hydraulic, diesel engine, manual and automatic transmissions, and electrical), as well as multiple small engines (chain saws, ride-on mowers, weed whackers). For 2 years I apprenticed under a small-engine mechanic who introduced me to all types and ages of chainsaws, trimmers, power brooms, etc. I am also ASE and I-CAR certified in engine performance, and body work respectively. These are in addition to the numerous extra-curricular trainings undergone via AC/Delco, VCERTT, TranStar, and Timken training. College of Southern Nevada Las Vegas, NV Two-year automotive education from bare essentials to modern vehicles. From bumper-to-bumper tear-down and rebuild of all styles, makes, models, years and systems manufactured in the 20th century through the 21st century including diesels, rotary, gas 2-stroke and 4-stroke motors. As well as transmissions (manual and automatic), hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS I am ASE certified in engine performance, I-Car certified in body-work, Timken certified for bearing inspection and replacement. In addition to the various certifications received from the technical program which include Engine Repair, Electrical I & II, Transmission Repair (Auto and Manual), Suspension Repair, Brakes and A/C Repair, and Engine Performance. I have worked personally and professionally on various electric, gas, diesel, and propane appliances and machinery for the past 5 years continuously. I have skillfully operated multiple models and styles of excavators, tractors, chainsaws, loaders, saws and just about anything with a motor be it combustion or electronic. I learned carpentry skills while volunteering at Habitat for Humanity, after which I spent many years honing my craft as a framer, finisher, and restorer.
