I have worked cleaning new construction, which involved scraping and cleaning windows, cleaning all construction debris and detailed cleaning for walk-through inspections. I now clean offices and residential homes on a regular schedule. I also currently manage contents moving and cleaning for a local restoration company. This work involves organizing the pack-out of contents, scheduling movers to bring to a facility to be cleaned, re-packing contents once they've been cleaned, arranging storage, then arranging the pack-in to home once repairs have been completed to home. Most of this work is due to fire or water loss and requires that I work not only with the homeowners, but with estimators and insurance adjusters/claim handlers.
This is a part time position.
I make sure that all estimates and paperwork are sent to insurance.
I answer phones, schedule appointment, generate invoices, follow up with homeowners and insurance companies. Answer emails. Make notes regarding jobs, act as a collections agent, clean office, and at times help on the job site as a laborer.
Assessed individuals and designed training programs to facilitate strength, conditioning and wellness. I also organized group training bootcamps.
