owner operator resume example with 20+ years of experience

(555) 432-1000,
, , 100 Montgomery St. 10th Floor

While working as a Nursing Assistant on C-4, 4SE and 5SE I dealt with a variety of very confidential situations, especially on C-44. I took care of women who were trying to get pregnant as well as those who had recently suffered a miscarriage or termination.

I began working at the University of Iowa Libraries as a Library Assistant 1 and eventually worked up to a Library Assistant IV. The Curator of the Iowa Women's Archives worked with me to reclassify my position from a Library Assistant III to a Library Assistant IV because of the level of skills required to do the job. I was in charge of the entire Archives when the Curator was on the road or not present. I assisted professors in teaching their classes in the archives, processed new materials to be added to the collections, maintained the entire database as well as functioned as the face of the archives.

While working in the Moengroup Real Estate and Development Group I was an owner and did all the rentals and referrals for the sales of properties within our inventory. I met with parents and their children and assisted them with finding the best property for their children while attending the University of Iowa. I also assisted new faculty, writer from the Iowa Writers Workshop, Visiting Nurses, as well as people relocating to Iowa City who wished to rent a unit while looking for a property to buy. This work has allowed me to polish my interpersonal relations as well as taught me to communicate well with a variety of different personalities, nationalities and temperaments.
