My Construction career began at age 19 working for a framing contractor in New York. Within 2 yrs I was promoted to lead carpenter in charge of a 10 man crew. I am a North Carolina Licensed General Contractor and have been since 1994. I have built home ranging from $ 2000,00 up to 1.5 million. Among my many achievements is a silver place finish in the parade of homes and featured in Builder Architect Magazine -May1998 edition of achieving complete customer satisfaction. Since opening my company my customers have always come from referrals. I believe in customer satisfaction and my reputation is testament to this. My passion is interacting with my homeowners, scheduling subs, and producing a superior product. My accreditation from the Home Builders Institute as a Graduate master BUilder is also something I am very proud of.
During my years as a General Contractor I was also employed with New Hanover County Fire Rescue and achieved the title of Captain in four years. I have received many, many certifications and awards as a FireFighter, Captain, Rescue Tech, and EMT first responder.
While I have built a very successful construction company something I am very proud of its time to move on and do the things I enjoy, being on site working with customers, subs, scheduling and producing a superior product.
Im currently looking for a challenge where I can spend the rest of my career dedicating my skills, excellent attitude, superior work ethic, and depth of experience.
I appreciate your consideration,
Kris M Johnson
