The Adjuster's Bureau was a public adjusting firm that negotiated claims on behalf of commercial property owners. Jessica started The Adjuster's Bureau on a booted strapped budget (less than $4,000). Within the first 12 months The Adjuster's Bureau had grossed nearly $500,000 in revenue. The Adjuster's Bureau fees ranged from 7-10% of the value of the claims negotiated. (over 6.5 million dollars in contracts awarded.) The Adjuster's Bureau gave over $50,000 in charitable gifts it's first year in business. Jessica was responsible for the sales and all negotiations and specialized in large loss claims ($100,000+). He never lost a negotiation with any adjuster. He is proficient in Xactimate (insurance estimating software) for exterior related losses.
Claire Works was a high end residential homes and light commercial design/build contractor. Jessica was entirely responsible for all sales and marketing efforts and managed the expectations of the client from inception of design through handing the keys to the new owners. The company grew exponentially until being caught in the real estate down turn. This start up was an initial quick success but was too highly leveraged that it ultimately failed. Jessica has spent his entire business career in the construction industry. He was raised by a GC who was also a licensed architect. He's worked on small rehab projects and also engaged in multi-million dollar projects. He's spent over 20yrs in and around all types of buildings and building projects.
