I am seeking a position as a Biomedical Equipment Technician. With my United States Navy Biomedical training, 20 years experience, my initiative, and my knowledge and skills in Biomedical repair, I feel I will be a great asset to the physicians, organization staff, hospital, my peers, and patients.

I received a letter of accommodation from the United States Navy for the removal of over 2 million dollars worth of medical equipment including x-rays equipment from the USS Saratoga when decommissioned in 1995 and was able to re-install the equipment within multiple bases in Florida which proves my ability to handle big situations with no supervision.
I was also chosen to complete many tasks that were considered very complex due to my skill level including troubleshooting x-ray equipment that no one else was able to repair. Also, I was chosen to represent the last company I worked for as their high tech equipment technician due to my ability to understand high tech schematics and computer networking.
Duties included: Preventive maintenance and installation of multiple types of dental equipment(Dental chairs, units, lights, many types of panoramic x-rays, digital x-rays, wall mount x-rays, many types of sterilizers, lab equipment, and all aspects of dental equipment. Also, I was promoted to High Tech dental technician which duties included: E4D milling Cadcam, Biolase water laser, IT networking, and all high tech x-ray

I worked in the Naval Hospital in Jacksonville, FL as a Bio-medical repair Technician. Duties included: Preventive maintenance, installation of equipment, troubleshoot and repair of multiple pieces of medical equipment including high cap x-ray, multiple types of defibrillator's, blood gas units, chairs, operating room lights, surgery tables, and different styles of sterilizers.
