Contracted to provide technical and general program management by OCX Network, Inc. This contract provided services for the installation of equipment for T1 telecommunication connectivity of 50 satellite stores located through-out the US, back to their corporate headquarters, located in Austin, TX. Along with the installation of equipment and verification of connectivity, onsite network repairs and connectivity issues were also completed. I was required to plan and schedule, track site completion and provide real time reporting on schedule variances, and schedule or technical problems to OCX management.

Acted as a Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) reviewing contractor work, and reviewed all documentation for payment requests on work they performed.
Assigned as an Electronics Engineer supporting the FAA on a new capital equipment program.
I was hired to plan and schedule using MS Project the final phase of construction of the new tramway. This included the scheduling of all operational inspections per the state codes for public transportation of people.
Planned and Scheduled all electrical contractor activities for a $50M renovation of the Ford Motor World Headquarters, Dearborn, Michigan. This included working with architects, engineers and Ford Motor management to insure that the electrical objectives where being met. Work included the installation of a new electrical Sub-Station while decommissioning two old stations, new power distribution panels and services to all nine floors, installation of new network/telecom cabling and installation of new branch circuits for restrooms, snack areas and conference rooms on each floor.
Coordinated the effort between GM plant engineering and sub-contractors, solving problems during the plant construction and installation of electronic test equipment for new vehicle emission test facilities around the world.
