During my 25 plus years at Eastman I have established myself as a leader on my shift and within our department by displaying a positive attitude, good work ethics, and strong moral values. I have been challenged to excel in learning every aspect of our plant operation; from laboratory technician to loadout operator, maintenance coordinator to reaction and extrusion operator, as well as relief supervisor, and have met these challenges all with successful results.
