Summary

I am an Operator at Sterigenics. I came from A completely different type of work. This was my first wearhouse job. And with being hired on for over two years now, I feel that i have brought great things to the table and showed great work and dedication. I have achieved a lot in the first two years of working for Sterigenics. I have been recognized by out side customers and i have trained a good amount of fellow employees about the systems and how they function and run.

I am in charge of my shift a lot when my supervisor is busy in another project or out the building. I have had to face some challenging situations and handled them according. I am very dedicated and take my job seriously. i am ready to move up with the company and i feel like i have a lot to offer.

My goal is to move as high as i can go, i want to do great things and building amazing working relationships at sterigenics. i am excited to show the company what i have to offer and my skills. I am loyal and always on time. I feel as if i would be a great added acset to the team.

As an Operator:

I work closely with the supervisor of my shift. It is my job to help maintain and run a successful shift. It is my job to make sure our cells are being ran properly, while maintaining a safe and friendly work environment. it is my job to make sure all product that leaves our building is acceptable for the customers.

  • I sort Product according to the secludes and work orders for all systems.
  • I read dosimeters in a control room on a Varian. With that i also calculate the thickness of each Varian every day before reading.
  • I complete all paperwork need for reading each finalized work order, along with the E1s.
  • I am in charge of my shift a lot, while my supervisor is out of the building or with another project.
  • i load and unload totes on all systems. Placing and retrieving dosimeters according to the work orders and configuration sheets.
