Managed major configuration change including development of 14 Eddy Current Inspection scan plans, tech data updates, deployment of 16 Time Constrained Technical Orders, financing part re-identification, and pulling in hardware delivery dates. Turned program around & pulled start date in two months, estimated $3M savings.
Initiated and led Rapid Improvement Event to improve F100 logistics process. Six modules lost in FY 13, $240K in lost revenue. Assembled subject matter experts from the Defense Logistics Agency, Air Force logisticians, propulsion maintainers, and military users. Result: Program reduced backlog from 27 to 16, a 60% decrease.
Developed estimate for the optimal relocation of commodities operations with savings of ~$18 million. Product included risk matrix, benefits analysis, and cost analysis. Resulted in a decision to move workload.
Created cost estimate for the KC-135 Block 45 acquisition. Employed diverse set of data sources including former modifications, existing contracts, and fund disbursement history to identify cost drivers and approximate costs.
