I have recruited 10 new members for my Beachbody team since becoming an online coach, all of which have stuck with programs and have shown improvements. I have personally completed almost all of the Beachbody workouts and I do own all of them. The most popular ones include P90x, P90x2, Insanity, Insanity Asylum, Focus T25, and Body Beast. I have personally trained friends and family in and out of the gym in cross fit, weight, and cardio focused routines. What makes me the most passionate about fitness is that I have been in the place of everyone I strive to help. I know what it's like to accomplish goals in weight loss and strength gain along with the boost in self confidence and health that comes with it. There is no better feeling than sharing this with others.
