Work History
On Call RN After Hours Full Time, 06/2017 - 07/2019
Blue Ridge Healthcare System, Inc.. Morganton, NC,

I was hired as a salary RN On-Call after hours for hospice. My hours were 4 pm to 8 am four days a week, +65 hour work week. My job was to triage all calls from pts and families and doctors. I would triage calls and make house calls for pt's and give them the help and assistance they may need in their home at all hours throughout the night and early AM. I was also responsible for new admissions after hours. I did this job for 2 years before going to PRN for medical reasons. I recently had colon surgery but health is back to normal now. I enjoy working with the hospice population and the challenges the job carries. I am hoping to come back to do floor nursing, or the ISS division, med/surg division, or a triage call center position . I am currently employed by Hospice Mercy PRN on call RN.
