Accurately record, transcribe and certify the record of motion hearings, in-chamber hearings, pretrial hearings, and jury trial proceedings by computer-aided equipment per state and appellate requirements. Maintain cases stenographically reported, maintain exhibits, and filing transcripts. Maintaining notice of filings, invoices for clients, correspondence by email with clients. Occasionally, as an officer of the court,  includes swearing in witnesses, asset hearings, taking testimony by sworn statement and/or depositions. Assist the bailiff in answering the telephone, scheduling cases, and assist in many duties regarding court files and court documents.
