KIND Brand Embasador January 2015 to CurrentKIND － Detroit, MIAs a KIND brand ambassador my responsibilities are scheduling demos in coordination with our teams current movement, seeking new markets and scheduling events in promotion of our brand, occasion sampling at local events, reporting all data into the intranet, representing our brand visually with clothing, accessories, and the team JEEP but most importantly spreading KINDness to everyone I come in contact with.
Events coordinator and House Manager December 2013 to March 2015Fabrizio and Brook P.C. － Birmingham , MichiganAs the Events Coordinator and House Manager it was my responsibility to organize and coordinate details of events including multiple company parties a year, moving the company into the new office, and coordinating and hosting parties in and outside of the home for the family. As the house Manager it was my job to maintain structure and organization in home and family members schedules. This included the schedules of two chief attorneys, one high schooler, and two middle schoolers. On a daily basis I would deal with contractors, managing other employees, school, sports, and social schedules of the children, errands, meal planning and cooking for the week, all shopping, planning, preparing, and hosting parties, completing work for the Parents office, and anything else that needed attention. I also used Microsoft Office on a daily basis. The projects I worked on daily can range from hosting charity events to taking the animals to the vet. I believe this job gives an example of my ability to multitask and that I am an extremely hard worker who enjoys a challenge!
Nanny and House Manager Assistant February 2012 to December 2013Birmingham, MII worked for this family as a Nanny for three months before they offered me a position as their House Managers Assistant. As the assistant my responsibilities resembled those in my House Management positions. Managing anything from other employees, scheduling appointments, preparing meetings, planning and preparing dinner parties and birthday parties on location or at the home, setting up for charity events at the home, maintenance of all vehicles, Pet care, organizing all gifts that would arrive and maintaining spreadsheets for gifts received and thank you cards sent, preparing healthy meals from scratch, cooking homemade kid friendly foods to keep in stock, preparing meals in advance for holidays, running all errands e.g. grocery shopping, dry cleaners, filling up and washing cars, dropping off items for special care such as artwork or clothing to be tailored, shopping for birthday gifts, wrapping and delivering, open all packages and manage returns. Maintaining a well organized home from kids toys to coat closets, shopping for new needs and donating outdated items, oversee handymen, contractors, and landscapers, taking calls, filling in for nannies when they were unavailable, packing the family for long trips including food and other needs. Traveling with the family and taking care of them on the trip. My responsibilities for this family range greatly depending on the daily needs. I was not limited to where I would help.
