Managed office for Electrical Contractor with up to 20 full time field workers. I took care of all office responsibilities including accounting, human resources, scheduling appointments, communication with technicians in the field.
I took care of all office responsibilities including AP/AR, Invoicing, Calculating sales price of materials, inventory control. I was responsible for reconciling all checking, credit card, and supplier accounts. I also took care of Liability, Automotive, Worker's compensation, Health, Dental, and Life / Disability insurances from coordinating meetings with agents to get quotes to filing claims with insurance companies. I was instrumental in implementing a Simple IRA program and worked with our financial advisor to run the program. I processed payroll weekly and paid employee withholding taxes. I also assisted with the scheduling of appointments and communicated with technicians in the field to relay pricing, job assignments and directions to their next job site. I would answer phone calls, schedule appointments and get directions from customers.
Responsible to testing the stability for over the counter topical products in the Pfizer line. Also assisted in preparing batches of test products being developed.
