OBJECTIVE: CASE MANAGEMENT
Proven history of success in optimizing client care as a well-qualified and highly experienced Case Manager.
Client Assistance with crisis intervention, support services, including PAR applications and resource services, as needed for clients.
Computer Experience with Microsoft Office; documentation, Calendaring, Note taking, Monthly reports,
Staff development and training.
Our yearly Non-violent Crisis Intervention training was an intergral part of working with clients, students, parents, and outside affiliations, to de-escalate any aggravated situations that could arise, placing others at risk of danger or harm, including self-harm.
Learning proper procedures and new rules and regulations of documentation was important for legal purposes.
