Annually attended Sixth Grade Outdoor School with my sixth grade students.
By invitation, I served as a member of the Superintendent's Education Council for 5 years. Working side by side with all district administrators and select 3rd-12th grade teachers to craft a new method of lesson delivery and student engagement strategies, IS4.
While serving as a member of the Superintendents Education Council I helped introduced and train all levels of district employees on the newly developed and expected norm of lesson delivery and student engagement strategies, IS4. Once a month as a member of the council I participated in district wide walk-throughs observing the implementation and success of IS4 and providing feedback to the school site administrators and teachers.
Led and designed multiple subject curriculum, site wide events, annual grade level projects and festivals, community involvement and family involvement.
