The Multi Asset Protection Manager (MAPM) is responsible for executing key initiatives relating to theft, fraud, operational accountability, safety and environmental compliance in The Home Depot stores. The APM must be skilled at building partnerships and must be responsive to the Asset Protection (AP) concerns of the Store Manager (SM), District Manager (DM), and all store associates. Key responsibilities include assessing and reporting AP vulnerabilities, developing strategies to address vulnerabilities, conducting internal and external theft and fraud investigations, and educating store associates on AP programs and processes. A qualified APM can multi task and obtain the cooperation and buy in of associates to achieve goals.
