Mortgage Production Manager and a financing advisor for Pulte Mortgage which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of homebuilder Pulte Group, Inc.

Pulte Mortgage provides mortgage financing for new homes being built by Pulte. I managed all mortgage loan production and gave mortgage advise /structured loans and pricing for prospective customers to enable sales for the builder. I handled all communities being built by the builder in NJ , resulting in a loan volume of 250-300 loans annually.
