Assisted in the planning, execution, resourcing, oversight and evaluation of all operations. Maintained positive morale and esprit de corps within the organization. Developed, mentored, managed and provided career tracking for all Senior Enlisted Non-commissioned Officers.
Spearheaded the planning, scheduling, resourcing, execution, evaluation and feedback to the Commanding Officer of all individual training, collective training and operations for the 383 man unit. Provided excellent personal care and career management for 50 soldiers assigned to me.
