Establish, maintains, edits and closes pay accounts, processes, audits and edits a full variety of the most complex pay actions to include Student Loan Repayments, Incapacitation Pay, Severance Pay, Death Gratuity Payments, Enlisted bonuses, and Special Incentive Pays (flight member, parachute, hazardous duty). Also handle cases of back pay, indebtedness, family separation allowances and housing/subsistence payments. Reviews Service Member's Military Master Pay Account for inaccuracies and wrongly reflected payments. Controls and monitors suspense files, correspondence, and record keeping according to Army Regulations.
As Materiel Management NCO in SASMO Section, manage tracks, and initiates Section and individual training, Manage completed personal information, and finance procedures for sectional personnel . Manage and provide technical knowledge and review STAMIS systems operations, maintenance, and training.
Served as principal administrative assistant to the USAR Unit Commander in accomplishing the overall functions of the Unit and its Command. Represents the Commander in coordinating unit preparation for official inspections, command staff visits, and similar activities. Coordinates the administration of the unit and individual training, interprets training directives and guidances, recommends changes in training program, schedules and plans; counsels and advises unit personnel on course availability and determines needs based on training schedule.
