Always been known for my work ethic and when I started selling Aetna advantage plans I used to average 5 or 6 a day. Even sold 8 a few days and 10 once, without rushing anyone and having a high retention rate.
Played offense and defense during games, was kill man on kick off.
Won a golf tournament at Riverbend in middle School against over 100 High school kids, with 2 bogeys and 2 birdies. Also it was my first or second tournament.
I have more work accomplishments, which I have already answered the main ones. The rest are from my days as an extreme sports athlete.
Licensed Life, Accident, Health Insurance Agent. Passed the test the first time and made a career out of it. If only the companies lived up to their promises.
Holding the most productive sales agent day in and day out for over 4 months was my largest accomplishment work wise. I continued to make sales daily no matter what company I worked for though.
Running a Anthem BCBS team at Connection point using Siebel, the oldest and hardest sales program. Unfortunately the trainers who came down from a small town where all the whole building sells is BCBS. They decided to sabotage our team and got rid of 12 of the 17 trained agents The day we were supposed to start at AEP. Kal and I were in charge of running it though so one of us had to go coming from the owners. Since Kal had been there longer I agreed to take the blame and got let go. I thought it would be easy to find a company with integrity and respect that stood up to their word, I was sadly mistaken.. Plus Rhonda M and I were very close, I recruited for her, did some of the hiring, bounced around to carrier teams that were struggling to help teach them and get them back on track.. I guess it is what it is though, she did write me a incredible letter of recommendation though!!
The one I forgot to mention is a strong snowboarder, in the park and big mountain. I grew up on a finger lake in upstate NY where I could just lower the boat in the morning. Love to wake board, slalom ski, tube. I was a 7 handicap for years. Family has a full size professional pool and ping pong table down stairs. I have videos of snowboarding and one of doing a double back flip off a 32 foot cliff rope swing. Cliff dove off a 75 foot cliff in lake Powell. I enjoy rebuilding motorcycles, riding them for a year or so before selling them. Driving jet ski's or anything that can go fast.
