Received superior ratings in 3 out of 5 categories on annual reviews for 8 straight years. I have been ranked above my peers in annual evaluations and currently sit at the top of the state order of merit list for my Military occupation.  

      Served on 3 Military deployments.
      Sep 2001 to Apr 2002. Worked Airport Security Duty at Kansas City International Airport. Supervised 90 Soldiers in charge of airport and checkpoint security.
      Oct 2003 to 1 Jul 2004. Worked with the Missouri National Guard as part of a Mobile training Team that was deployed to Afghanistan for the purpose of training the Afghan army in Field Artillery Operations. Worked with Interpreters from Mongolia and Afghanistan to teach and train new Afgan Soldiers on all phases of Field Artillery Operations ranging from maintenance to delivering fires. Mentored and trained Senior leaders in the Afghan army to better prepare them to lead troops. Developed concurrent training in order to keep training of the Soldiers current. Built and implemented a Training curriculum for future trainers within the Afghan army so that they could train independently of the US forces. Rewrote and had a Field Artillery Operations manual translated to Dari. Trained over 400 Soldiers with only 2 failures.

      In charge of the Base Defense Operations Center at Camp Eggers, Kabul Afghanistan. Handled Operations for a Security Force that guarded the compound. To include working directly with Local National Security companies, The US Embassy, The Presidential Palace Security, FBI, CIA and private security companies. Gathered and reported Intelligence information to the US and Coalition forces in the Area of operations. Dispatched Quick Response Forces and Reserve Response Forces, Tracked and reported enemy activity in the Area. Worked entry and exit control issues to include Badge and screening work with the Screening Cell.

      Responsible for the medical readiness of the 110th Brigade totaling 2500 Soldiers. Attained and maintained state licensure as an EMT. Coordinated and conducted Annual Medical Readiness events, Mobilization events, and day to day Soldier medical readiness duties. Wrote Numerous Standard Operating Procedures and Fragmentary orders. Coordinated and administered annual flu shots and routine immunizations. Served as the Suicide Intervention Officer, Alcohol and Drug Prevention Officer, and Site Security Manager for DEERS/RAPIDS ID Card machine. Worked Medical Board procedures to determine fitness for duty and processed Soldiers through the Medical Evaluation and Physical Disability Boards. Tracked and worked; Line of Duty incidents, Drug and Alcohol discharge packets, Medical not Qualified packets, Medical Extension Waivers, Physical Fitness and Weight Control Waivers, and Suicidal Ideation data collection. Acted as the Brigade Commanders advisor on all medical issues.
