Checking fees received from request sent out for copies of medical records and deliver checks to the finance department. File charts and make new folders through out the day get add-on's as needed; Pick up open mail, stamp and deliver to relevant personnel; Find and deliver charts to MA's, doctors or other personnel plus pull charts for the next day. Responsible for mail and making sure postage meter and office supplies are in order, messages from phone line and return calls, answer phone and give relevant department, pickup letters, faxes, and charts from all doctors office to be mailed or faxed plus filed within HIPP A, JACHO guidelines.
