  • Servers, monitors, kvm switches, patch panels, network equipment, production bench test equipment and other electronic equipment.
  • Repair and reconnect all hp racks in Apple data center by build servers, switches, PDU, PDM, Network cables, FC cables and Serial cables.
  • Working with Engineer to configure a new customer mode rack.
  • Working in PoD and connect all racks together providing one solution system and make it ready for test.
  • Working with HP California team to design and build apple data center.
  • Working with M5 team to design and build different hp servers products.
  • Rollout shelves, power strips, monitors, fans, seismic bracing, cable management, joining kits, keyboard trays, utility drawers, reducer rails, blanking/filler panels, adjustable angle brackets.
  • Plan methods and procedures; determine wire routing, tooling, sequence of work to accomplish the above work to required specifications.
  • Perform operations such as soldering, crimping, swaging, wire-wrapping, wire-marking and welding electronic packages.
  • Layout and fabricate terminal boards, panels, and small chassis required for lab checkout equipment.
  • Set up and operate small power tools to manufacture small items.
  • Modify electronic and instrumentation systems by adding, removing, relocating, or altering components.
  • Perform related duties as required.

  • Power cord cabling (Power Distribution), cable Management & Labeling, Rack Integration.
  • Custom Engineered, Solutions performance, Full Systems Integration into rack style consoles and enclosures from customer drawings and sketches.
  • Custom components, Structural Integrity.
  • Rack Integration Constraints, Mechanical, and Material, Environments, Electrical, Servers, monitors, KVM switches, patch panels, network equipment, production bench test equipment and other electronic equipment.
  • Build HP Servers:.
  • HP ProLiant Blade Servers (BL): BL 460, BL 465c, BL 490c.
  • HP ProLiant Tower Servers (ML): ML 310 G5, ML 330 G6, ML 350 G6, ML 370 G6.
  • HP ProLiant Rack Servers (DL): DL 120G6, DL 160G6, DL 165 G7, DL 180/185 G6.
  • Responsibilities included build supporting for Microsoft, Facebook and Rack Space Racks.
  • Led the successful implementation of ticketing system to resolve tickets opened by internal engineering groups including server troubleshooting, new server builds.
  • Performed duties to ensure effective wiring and assembly of standard and non-standard products to client specifications and customer requirements.
  • Ability to do both wiring and assembly tasks.
  • High experience for Point to point wiring, Termination of wires and assembly.
