Began career with Penske Automotive as Expert level technician. Took the initiative to advance, completing all requirements and education, earning a Master Technician status. Continuing my training and education, I am currently certified as the highest level for a technician: Master Guild. Experienced in advanced diagnosis and repair of vehicles. I often interact with customers due to the complexity of repairing their vehicles. In 2013, I was recommended by management in my performance review to be a leader/foreman, should a position become available.
