As a member of a Marine Security Force Company I provided security of sensitive government assets and  territory vital to national security through the conduct of offensive infantry tactics in confined spaces, ashore and afloat, in order to restore breached security and provide the final barrier/element of an integrated security plan for the assets and territory being protected.  
•      Routine training and execution in rapid reaction teams deploying from rotary wing aircraft, tactical vehicles, and boats to conduct close quarter battle operations to neutralize threats in buildings, sea vessels, and tunnels in order to regain control of assets.
•      Routine handling and marksmanship training with weapons such as: M4 Rifle, M9 Beretta pistol, .45 caliber pistol, combat shotguns, machine guns, and knives.  
•     Trained in riot control techniques and non-lethal devices.
•     Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
•     Wrote reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
•     Answer alarms and investigate disturbances. Patrol industrial or commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
•     Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.
•     Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary.
•     Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, or machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering.

Served as infantry mortar team leader responsible to lead and motivating team members to effectively accomplish missions in all types of environment, under enormous stress.  Responsible for the accountability of team members, weapons and gear at all times.  As a versatile leader, I continually mentored and trained team members in infantry tactics and proficiency with numerous weapons systems to support over 200 Marines during combat.    
•     LEADERSHIP: Effectively lead, train, supervise and mentored 4 Marines. Counseled Marines utilizing both formal and informal counseling, written evaluation and job performance based feedback. Day to day activities, personal and professional development, physical fitness, financial counseling, and training in weaponry and tactics.  
•      VERSITILITY: As a trained Marksmanship Coach, I trained over 300 Marines in marksmanship with  the 9 MM Beretta pistol, machine guns, and M16 rifle with iron and optical sighting systems.
•      Deployed with the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, Special Operations Capable (MEUSOC).

•      Supervised the Ordnance Maintenance Marines in the maintenance and control of all optics, small arms, and artillery equipment.  •      Mentored, trained and provided guidance for subordinate in professional and personal development to better prepare them for promotion and ensure superior mission accomplishment is maintained.
•        Daily use of word processing, database programs, and numerous web based programs.
•        Weekly teleconferencing with management.
