Samples: "Celebrate Gospel", featuring choirs from Orange, LA, Riverside, & Ventura counties; "Signin' in the Street", in partnership with ABC-TV, celebrating creativity in the Deaf Community, "Viva Navidad", an 8-week festival of multicultural Hispanic Holiday traditions. At request of Corporate Citizenship, co-produced charity events, such as annual "WinterFest" party for City of Hope patients, families, and staff. Responsible for submission/approval process and distribution of division's philanthropic gifts to local arts organizations whose programs enable arts participation & training for diverse and underserved populations (ex. Autry Museum's Native Voices and Lula Washington Dance Theatre's children's classes) and national organizations with local impact (ex. Spearheaded first-ever statistical analysis of ethnic representation in the Disneyland talent pool resulting in the institution of an "open casting" policy. Increased the influence of Disneyland's employee Diversity Resource Groups by partnering with them to promote employment opportunities and uncover new talent and consultant resources. Co-created Disneyland's first in-house talent development initiative, Cast Conservatory. With significant gains in retention, morale, performance quality, and expense savings, Cast Conservatory is now a Disney Parks global program.
