  • Managed global rollout of Ariba and the enablement of 600+ B2B catalogs in 18 months on the Ariba platform for over 20,000 requisitioners in 60+ global markets including North America, Europe, LATAM and APAC with $9.3 billion annual spend.
  • Developed and executed content strategies for 40+ global markets based on transaction and spend analysis which led to 50%+ transactions; $4.6 billion spend through catalogs across a range of categories at multiple sites.
  • Chaired weekly meetings with Ariba, Jaggaer, GSK management and suppliers to identify opportunities for improvement, establish milestones and tailor catalog projects to individual markets.

  • Facilitated the analysis of category spend, leveraging the eProcurement system by analyzing spend and transaction data and collaborating with category managers to improve performance metrics.
  • Responsible for a 15% increase in catalog transactions from 35% in 2005 to 50% in 2009 by utilizing transaction data analysis and strategic catalog implementations.
  • Led catalog content implementation strategy for China, resulting in 38 hosted catalogs within a 12 month period.
  • Integrated Pcards within the Ariba system resulting in 12 implementations, 52,000+ PO transactions and $13.5 million in Pcard spend by the end of 2009.
  • Updated and maintained commodity code files in Ariba, moving 400+ commodity codes from GSK8 to GSK6 codes while mapping to applicable GL accounts.
