Mortgage Retention: Quality Control Project Manager  

Role Description: Served as an audit / risk mitigation project manager within the business controls team for a major banking institution.

  • Managed business process failures identified by line of business partners submitted to audit.
  • Met with project stakeholders to determine project background, root cause / gap analysis, and loan level / process impacts.
  • Developed standard / required documentation such as initial intake forms, milestone definition of success criteria, detailed project plans, change request documents, etc.
  • Managed the project stakeholders, project team, action items, and project schedule to accomplish deliverables.
  • Created / updated policies, procedures, control plans, FMEAs, process flows, and developed communications / training.
  • Lead / assisted in developing project plans and executive summary status reports and presented findings.
  • Provided daily / weekly updates to upper management, executive team, and project team members.

Core Conversion: Operations Implementation Project Manager 

Role Description: Served as a project manager on the Ops Implementation team supporting a major bank core conversion effort.

  • Interacted with VP / Directors of Operations and conversion testing teams on planning and supporting execution of Ops Conversion testing, defining and maintaining standardized testing tools and processes, tracking and reporting test progress and defects.
  • Managed the maintenance of test scripts in Quality Center and Change Management of test scripts.
  • Coordinated the collection of Operations requirements and test scenarios/scripts across all test phases across all functional tracks.
  • Supported vendor test involvement and coordination activities.

Marketing: Lead Management Project Manager 

Role Description: Developed a centralized repository to store small businesses lead information captured throughout the sales-funnel process via multiple sales channels for a major credit card company.

  • Represented the digital division during multiple phases, which included initial scope definition, high-level business requirements, current and future state process flows, project definition phase, and change control management throughout the project.
  • Worked with marketing team and Legal/Compliance to determine business needs for a centralized repository, which included defining, classifying, optimizing, closing, and lead fulfillment.
  • Developed cost benefit analysis of various lead management development options for executive level decisioning.
