As the Maintenance Coordinator, I oversee all work orders through troubleshooting steps, assigning the correct person to complete the job, and ensuring the job is done to the satisfaction of the resident and the property owner.

I also assist with the Make Ready Process and Turn while the unit is vacant in between turns. The Property Manager and I, Review the before move-in and after move-out inspections on the home and help identity between tenant-related repairs and owner-related repairs, Property Managers do so. I also oversee the scheduling of vendors to ensure the property is made ready, all necessary code work is performed, and the unit is cleaned. The Keyrenter team continually goes above and beyond to ensure these deadlines are not missed.
