  • Coordinated the first DuPont Circleville site steam outage in September of 2014, without injury or incident. All maintenance work was completed as planned, on time, and within the budget. Outage required multiple work centers, both on-site and off-site, engineering staff, management, and operator task coordination. Planning and scheduling tasks documented and utilized at other DuPont facilities.
  • Coordinated wo large scale projects simultaneously in late 2015. Both projects completed in a three month period of time, again without injury or incident. The sites DA tank replacement and process sewer line replacement projects required multiple work centers, both on and off-site, safety and budget evaluations. Integrated job planning and scheduling for use of dual resources. Site cost and energy savings, and improved operational safety, seen for both the site and the community. Both projects were approved by site staff and completed for just over a half a million dollars in cost.
  • Implemented new materials procurement process for the Circleville DuPont powerhouse house utilizing Six Sigma disciplines. Obtained Green Belt certification for the project, which demonstrated the project was successful in showing improvement in the process with a decrease in the defect mean.
  • Improved site boiler outage time by decreasing average outage time frame from one to two months down to three weeks. This improvement increased cost savings, efficiency, and productivity.
