Once the wax mold was made of whatever product they wanted to make i then had to wash off all oils by dipping it in a chemical then I dipped it in various kinds of slurry and then concrete sand mixtures to make a hard cast mold . Then I would put the cast molds in a kern and melt all the way out so we could then melt down whatever metal the part was supposed to be and then dumped the melted metal into the mold and make the part. After all of that we would brake the mold and going and finish the part to finish
Had to mix all the concrete mixtures and sand . And mix and stir up the slurry mixtures to be able to make the molds around the wax
