My job title was a vacation relief for cheese make line one, I learned a total of ten different positions in the cheese making and whey separating process including the the group leader role with extensive training for each position. Duties including cheese characteristics, maintaining cheese ph's, temperatures, machine set points, ingredient applications, consumptions, product throughput, as well as sanitation. During my employment at Leprino foods I took a course and obtained a California pasturizors license that applies to any milk dairy products. I was also a member of the safety team for Leprino foods and participated in weekly meetings and plant inspections to maintain a work friendly and safe environment.
I was fully educated on the latest food safety and Quality assurance methods Hazard Analysis of critical control points, Standard Operating plans, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Sanitation. I overseen all aspects of the beef processing methods used at Harris ranch with a strict and extensive track record second to none.
