  • Using the overhead crane or forklift bring the material to the machine.
  • Select the product size and color according to blueprints, insert product into cutting machine, adjust cutting blades, and guards
  • Input the size dimension in the computer for the cutting machine, reset the counter on the cutting machine to ensure accuracy and make necessary adjustments on machine to ensure precision.
  • Cut the number of pieces described on the blueprints, measure every 10 pieces to ensure quality, and discard defective material.
  • Set the taping machine, input size dimension, the run the pieces thru the machine one by one to while inspection each piece for quality.
  • Check the blueprint for the tube size, curl each piece one by one, insert each piece one by one into the tube (10 pieces per tube), insert tubes into oven for no less than 6 hours and no more than 8 hours, set oven temperature and timer.
  • Package, label and storage material.
  • Complete paper work and clean the machines used in operation.

  • Disassemble machine clean and sanitize the room and machine for next batch.
