I handled wounds, wound vacs, chest tubes, IV fluids, Peripheral IV insertions, trachs, jp drains, feeding tubes, NG tubes, I&O, foley care, PCA pumps, and ostomy care. These where many of the skills I learned my first yr of nursing.

As a unit clerk I sheeted charts, called in consolations, ordered supplies, set up charts and kardexs for admissions, took care of physician orders for the RN to sign off on, and answer phone calls. All jobs where performed on the skilled nursing floor for rehab patients in acute care.
