Roles & Responsibilities
· Manage portfolio of high value syndicated and bilateral deals
· Help design, support and drive continuous improvement initiatives
· Daily reporting and ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently
· Input high value swift payments , ensuring they are processed within cut-offs for relevant currency
· Initiate all new deals, amendments utilizations ,rollovers and fee payments in the Loan IQ system · Act as a first point of contact for relationship sets and customers
· Dealing with Secondary trading activities (Assignment & Silent/Sub-participation) · LMA and Transfer certificate preparation
· UAT testing for Loan trading system & Loan IQ
· Loan IQ notices automation for agented deals
· Loan IQ & Horus interface for treasury flows
ACBS ( Advance Commercial Banking System ) related activities
· Review, setup and maintain complex Agented, bilateral & syndicated loan portfolio on ACBS loan-servicing system.
· Review of loan documentation, including credit agreements, loan assignment agreement and collateral documentation.
· Quality control for all deals booked in ACBS
· Customer Setup & Maintenance in ACBS/SCORE.
· Facility Setup & Maintenance in ACBS/SCORE.
· Laising with the Relationship Managers, Banks, Corporate Customers, Documentation Team, and London support team, and Reference Data Management team.
· Working on Reconciliation, to rectify any un-reconciled/unmatched items.
· Maintaining Key controls in the daily process through various Reports.
· Assist to implement necessary process improvements that will increase the efficiency and quality of the team work/outputs
· Monitoring of ACBS suspense account and rejects account.
· Provided ACBS systems training to the new joiners.
· Reporting any discrepancies to the ACBS technical team.
· Testing the working of ACBS in the test environment for any developments / enhancements to the system. · Primary point of contact for any ACBS Loan maintenance related activities including new loan, renewals, deal set-up, amendments & non-performing loans.
· Monitors daily, weekly and monthly ACBS loan portfolio, Loans and fees past due & rectifying any exceptions identified on the reports.
· Work cross-functionally with other business units across loan operations to resolve complex system issue · Identifying internal process areas in need of improvements and training required for ACBS loan system · Assists in various department projects including system upgrades, conversions and ACBS interfaces
Loans & Agency Servicing US Chicago:
· Management the daily Business as Usual of Lending and managing Syndicated loans where ABN AMRO act as an agent/Participants/Bilateral deals
· Monitor incoming and outgoing payments
· Reconciliation of nostro outstanding
· Relationship management with Account Managers including regular conference calls & supporting them on any ad-hoc requests
· Track and send MT 199 SWIFT messages for amendments.
· Fees and loan past dues
· Document process flow and procedures
