I have been at Alee Academy for the past 12 years and have held many positions - from teacher to administrator. For 5 years prior to my move to Florida and my tenure with Alee Academy, I worked in Floyd County Indiana as a substitute teacher for K-12 schools, securing a long term position teaching 4th grade. I also worked as a youth counselor at a youth shelter and as an officer for Floyd County Community Corrections where I supervised juveniles and adults assigned community service. I currently serve as the chairman of the School Advisory Council for my child's elementary school. I also chaired the Gang Task Force during my time at Floyd County Community Corrections. I have a diverse background with a passion for working with children of all ages. I am a life-long learner and look forward to growing personally and professionally.
